Slipper thrown at Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar

Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar narrowly saved from hitting by a slipper at ‘Sankalp Rally’ in Begusarai on Sunday.

While addressing the crowd at the function suddenly a slipper came towards Nitish Kumar’s direction and narrowly missed.

Nitish Kumar was seen visibly embarrassed but continued his speech.

“Who does not know that RJD and Congress shared power in those days when people feared to venture out of home after sunset to avoid getting kidnapped?” Nitish said.

“Both (RJD and Congress) are equally responsible for ‘badhali’ (bad condition) of Bihar for 15 years. Efforts are (being) made to revive the ties to bring back those dark days of poor law and order and misgovernance,” he added.
