Congress rules out early Lok Sabha elections

The ruling Congress has ruled out any possibility of early Lok Sabha election in the country following wide-spread speculations. Congress also plans to suspend all six Seemandhra MPs who have given notice of no-confidence motion against the UPA government over Telangana issue.

The Seemandhra leaders including MPs from TDP, YSR Congress and Congress have been opposing bifurcation of Andhra Pradesh and creation of separate Telengana state and have claimed that they got supports no-confidence motion from BJD and Shiv Sena.

TMC chief Mamata Banerjee said although she is against the division of Andhra, but she did not see any reason for bringing no-trust motion notice at the parliament as the government has already lost confidence of the people.
