Manmohan And Sonia To Address Rally For FDI In Retail

In a joint rally at the Ramlila Ground on October 28 Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and Congress president Sonia Gandhi are all set to explain the benefits of allowing FDI in retail sector and other reform measures taken by the government in the recent past.

Delhi Chief Minister Ms. Sheila Dikshit told media that congress will campaign nationwide to teach ‘aam aadmi’ about the benefits they will receive out of the reform measures taken by Manmohan Singh government.

“There are going to be rallies where the Prime Minister and Sonia Gandhi are going to explain the benefits of FDI in multi-brand retail,” Sheila Dikshit said.

Recently congress led UPA government allowed 51% FDI in multi-brand retail which sparks controversy and political instability in the country.
