Top 10 Strange Superstitions around India

Superstitions follow us everywhere. We don’t believe what we see or feel but we believe what people tell us. There are few modern people of 21st who don’t believe in superstitions but let me tell you though it sounds useless but it is kind of true.

If millions of people believe in it then obviously it must be true.. isnt it?

Every famous person in this country is superstitious, be it Sachin Tendulkar or be it Karan Johar, every single person believes in superstitions. During 2011 World Cup Sachin Tendulkar didn’t allow Virender Sehwag to see the final match because during the semi finals they both were in the physio’s room and India won the match quite comfortably, so because of that he wanted Sehwag to be with him in the physio’s room.

Isnt this called superstition?

This becomes a topic of debate between people. If a celebrity is superstitious then it is fine but if a normal person is superstitious then he is backward, he is a narrow minded person, etc.

Even if some people are extremely superstitious, there are some superstitions which are believed all over the country.
