- By Air: From Bhubaneswar, Chandipur beach is 214 kms away and from Dumdum Airport (Kolkata) the beach is approximately 206 km away. You can take bus or train from Bhubaneshwar to reach Chandipur.
- By Train: Balasore station is 16 km away from the beach. There are plenty of trains from Howrah, Chennai, New Delhi and Bhubaneswar to Balasore. Neelanchal Express, Puri-Howrah train stop at Balasore station, from there take a taxi or bus to reach Chandipur.
- By Road: Chandipur is well connected through National Highway 5. There are regular bus services to Chandipur beach from Balasore or Baleswar.
