Indian Cricket Team For Asia Cup 2012 – Sachin Stay, Sehwag & Zaheer Out

Sachin Tendulkar will play in the Asia Cup which to be start from next month.

However his opening partner Virender Sehwag did not find a place in the Indian ODI team which was declared today in Mumbai. He was dropped for two reasons, his ongoing poor performance in the Australia series and controversial spat with skipper MS Dhoni.

Also injured Zaheer Khan was given expected ‘rest’.

Yusuf Pathan and Ashok Dinda got their places in the squad for Asia Cup.
