No advancements seen on ground even after one year, says MP Bharat Singh

At the party’s parliamentary meet on Wednesday, first-time Ballia MP Bharat Singh attacked the Narendra Modi government and union ministers for failing to fulfill people’s expectations.

Whilst the NDA is all set to celebrate its one year in power at the Centre, the grudges betwixt the party leaders has initiated to flow out.

Bharat Singh said that despite tall promises and claims ahead of Lok Sabha polls, the government has failed to deliver on the ground. About Modi’s constituency, Singh said that even though large amounts of funds have ben released by the government for the Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana, not even a single kilometre of road has been built up until now.

Union Minister M. Venkaiah Naidu clarified Bharat Singh’s resentment. He said that Singh was agitated against the state government for not properly utilising and distributing funds. But the truth is that Singh aimed towrds the Union Ministers who are inapproachable for MPs. His anger prevailed because one has to wait for months for a reply of their questions and queries.

Many other MPs stood in support of Singh and clapped when he concluded his speaking as to show a symbol of support.

‘Jan Kalyan Parv’ will be marked as NDA’s completion of 1 year in power at the Centre.

A week long celebration will be held from May 26 to June 1 wherein the party will highlight the schemes and policies and programmes of the government.

Union Minister Arun Jaitley has been assigned to launch the schemes in Mumbai and Rajnath Singh in Lucknow.
