Captain Unmukt Chand’s superb unbeaten 111 and Smit Patel’s unbeaten 58 helped India to pass over Australia’s target of 225 comfortably. Baba Aparajith scored sparkling 33 in just 38 balls.

Earlier in the day India won the toss and elected to field first. Australia scored 225 in loss of eight wickets. For India Sandeep Sharma took four wickets.
