Rajnath Singh asks partymen to stop speculate on PM candidature

BJP president Rajnath Singh made a rare request to the party workmen to stop speculating on party’s prime ministerial candidature for the 2014 general election and asked them to restrain in making comment in public.

“Do not comment on the prime ministerial candidate, because as I have said earlier it has been the tradition of the BJP that whether it is the chief ministerial candidate or the prime ministerial candidate the Central Parliamentary Board takes a final call on it,” Rajnath Singh said on Monday.

There are extreme speculations and pressure in the BJP over declaring Narendra Modi’s name as their prime ministerial candidate. However some NDA allies have already stated their objection towards Modi. JDU has already declared that they will not accept Modi and Shiv Sena is still batting for Sushma Swaraj.
