Government to pass Lokpal Bill in winter session?

LokpIn wake of Anna Hazare’s another indefinite hunger strike in demand of strong Jan Lokpal Bill, the government of India today has come forward and said that it will pass the Lokpal Bill during the winter session of Parliament.

“The government is ready to debate and discuss and then to pass the Lokpal Bill, but the House has to run,” MoS PMO V Narayanasamy said.

Earlier in the day veteran social activist Anna Hazare has began indefinite fast in his village Ralegan Siddhi in Maharashtra for the demand of strong Jan Lokpal Bill.
