Finally Kejriwal agrees to opt for personal bond

After the Delhi High Court slam Arvind Kejriwal for refusing to furnish a personal bond to get bail, Aam Aadmi Party chief today said he agrees to furnish personal bond.

While hearing his petition, the court said, “It is a small case. Why are you making it big? Why are you taking this as a prestige issue?”

Slamming Kejriwal’s counselors – Prashant Bhushan and Shanti Bhushan, the court said, “Mr Kejriwal should be given proper counselling by you.”

Kejriwal was sent to Delhi’s Tihar jail on Wednesday after he refused to take bail in Nitin Gadkari defamation case. Kejriwal argued that he has not committed any crime and the court should not punish him.
