Blow to Google, Court says Microsoft did not violate any patent

A big blow to Google from International Trade Commission on patent issue of Xbox!

Blow to Google, Court says Microsoft did not violate any patent while making Xbox!In a preliminary decision by judge at ITC said that Microsoft did not violate patent while making its popular video game Xbox.

Google subsidiary Motorola Mobility had sued Microsoft for using their patent while making Xbox. Motorola Mobility indicted Microsoft of breaching five patents in its complaint in 2010. Four patent cases have already been dropped.
A final decision from ITC will be declared in July.

“We are pleased with the administrative law judge’s finding that Microsoft did not violate Motorola’s patent and are confident that this determination will be affirmed by the commission,” said David Howard, corporate vice president and deputy general counsel – Microsoft Corp, in an emailed statement.

“We are disappointed with today’s determination and look forward to the full commission’s review,” said Google spokesman, Matt Kallman in an emailed statement.

And, ban all averse with immaculate overture of graciously fathomable words firm in views. Subtle. Justifying the undying conscience. Values. Knowledge. And, dares to stay true. True to own. True to the world. And, to the words. With a dream in eyes it exists. In you. In me. In all. The sprite that never shies away. The spirit that never dies!
