Air India fined for bad service

Air India fined for bad serviceA consumer forum in New Delhi has ordered national career Air India to pay Rs 30,000 to retired Vice Admiral Sukhmal Jain as compensation for the airline’s “casual attitude” towards him and his wife.

The forum said that Air India have to compensate Vice Admiral (Retd) Sukhmal Jain for their inconvenient services on an international flight to New York, USA.

“Opposite party’s (Air India) casual attitude to services in the flight needs to be addressed in opposite party’s own interest. This is not the only complaint, the complacency is for all to see when compared to other airlines,” forum bench presided by CK Chaturvedi said.

About Sprightly Spirit

“I dare do all that may become a man. Who dares more is none”. And all, may be. It may be the vigor. Or the spirit. Or the courage to avoid being “politically correct” or bent. And, ban all averse with immaculate overture of graciously fathomable words firm in views. Subtle. Justifying the undying conscience. Values. Knowledge. And, dares to stay true. True to own. True to the world. And, to the words. With a dream in eyes it exists. In you. In me. In all. The sprite that never shies away. The spirit that never dies!
