Pakistan has successfully test-fired Hatf-IV ballistic missile, ‘Shaheen-1’ on Wednesday morning .
The nuclear-capable Hatf-IV missile has range of 900 km and can hit India.
In a statement the military said, “The missile incorporates a series of improvements in range and technical parameters of the existing missile”.
Strategic Plans Division chief Lt Gen (retired) Khalid Ahmed Kidwai was present during the launched and he that Hatf-IV “has consolidated and strengthened Pakistan’s deterrence abilities manifold”.
