Smartphone manufacturer HTC has sued Apple for breach of three patents through Apple’s sale of Macintosh computers, iPhones, iPads and other devices.
Today HTC has lodged the lawsuit in US District Court in Delaware in seeking halt of Apple’s importation and sale of infringing products in the US. It also demanded compensatory damages, triple damages for wilful infringement, and other remedies.
Recently Apple accused HTC of patent infringements and filed lawsuit against them. It’s interesting to see the next move from Apple.
