Social networking giant Facebook is reportedly planning to acquire Titan Aerospace to fulfill its long-time dream of providing affordable Internet access to the 5 billion people across the globe where there is no internet connection. If everything goes according to plan then Facebook will start its service in Africa using drones.
According to the reports Facebook is negotiating with Titan Aerospace which is specialized in high-flying drones to buy the company at around $60 million.
