The veteran Oscar Winning Hollywood actor Ernest Borgnin passed away on Sunday in Los Angeles due to renal failure. He was 95.

Born in 1917 in Connecticut, Ernest Borgnine works in many Hollywood movies and TV series. He won the Oscar for best-actor in 1955 for the movie ‘Marty’. 

Some of his popular movies are: From Here to Eternity, Bad Day at Black Rock, Johnny Guitar, Demetrius and the Gladiators, and Vera Cruz.

His popular TV series includes McHale’s Navy and Ai. Borgnine was nominated for Emmy at age 92 for popular series ER.
