Lance Armstrong admits to doping

Lance Armstrong, the seven times Tour de France champion, finally admits to using performance-enhancing drugs to win the race during an interview with Oprah Winfrey on Thursday night. It was a shocking confession from arguably the most successful cyclist of all time.

In an interview with Oprah Winfrey asked if he ever used drugs during Tour de France and Armstrong replied ‘YES.’ Armstrong said he used drugs throughout his career and said, “I made my decisions. They are my mistake.”

In 2012 he was disqualified from all his titles after US Anti-Doping Agency reported that Armstrong used banned performance-enhancing drugs. Although he did not appeal the decision to the Court of Arbitration for Sport but he was continue denied doping
