Users rated Facebook Home app ‘below average’

Majority of Facebook users have rejected its new Home app and rated it ‘below average’.

According to reports of news.com.au, out of 14,100 reviews, 52% rated it with one star out of five, while 16% reviewers liked the apps and gave top marks, making the new Facebook home app a ‘below average’ rating with 2.2 overall stars.

Many users feel that the app ‘hijacks’ a phone’s home screen and it has been difficult to access basic phone functions like number dialing, texting and email. It also reduces phone’s battery life and mobile data allowance because of Facebook Home’s constant display of photos and updates.
