Google Chromebooks available at Rs 22,999

Much-awaited Google Chromebooks are set to available from October 17 in India at a price of Rs. 22,999 onwards.

 Google is launching Chromebooks – the budget laptops in India after 2 years of its global launch.

 “From October 17, Indians will be able to enjoy the Chromebook experience with the launch of the Acer C720 Chromebook and the HP Chromebook 14,” Google India said.

 These laptops are powered by Google’s Chrome operating system and Google will present 100GB of free Google Drive storage for next two years.

 While Acer’s C720 Chromebooks provides around 8 hours of battery power and can easily fit into a bag or purse, HP’s Chromebook 14 comes with 14-inch screen.

 Acer C720 Chromebook available at Rs 22,999 and HP Chromebook 14 comes at Rs 26,990.

 Initially the Chromebooks will be available at selected Reliance Digital and Croma stores in Delhi and Mumbai.

 It is also available for pre-order at Flipkart.
