Cong-NCP completes seat-sharing agreement in Maharashtra

The Congress and Nationalist Congress Party in Maharashtra have completed the seat-sharing for the upcoming Lok Sabha Polls. The announcement came after a successful Cong-NCP alliance for 2014 Lok Sabha Pollsmeeting between Maharashtra Chief Minister Prithviraj Chavan and NCP president Sharad Pawar in Delhi.

While the Congress will contest in 27 parliamentary constituencies, NCP will fight from 21 seats out of total 48 seats in the state.

The only significant change this time is that Congress and NCP have exchanged Raigad and Hingoli Lok Sabha seats. While Youth Congress president Rajiv Satav will fight from Hingoli this time and NCP’s Sunil Tatkare will contest the election from Raigad.

About Sprightly Spirit

“I dare do all that may become a man. Who dares more is none”. And all, may be. It may be the vigor. Or the spirit. Or the courage to avoid being “politically correct” or bent. And, ban all averse with immaculate overture of graciously fathomable words firm in views. Subtle. Justifying the undying conscience. Values. Knowledge. And, dares to stay true. True to own. True to the world. And, to the words. With a dream in eyes it exists. In you. In me. In all. The sprite that never shies away. The spirit that never dies!
