Although earlier February 6 was set as deadline for these companies, but the judge  awarded another 15 days time to file a written reply on this matter.

Facebook India and Google India filed compliance report before the Delhi court today. It said that they have removed certain web pages which are in question from the site.

Facebook, Yahoo and Microsoft also requested court to not take any action against them in this matter as they have done no wrong.

The court however was irritated with Google Inc for not giving any satisfactory reply.

Last December the court summons 22 social networking websites asking them to remove ‘objectionable’  contents which might hurt social and religious sentiments.

About Sprightly Spirit

“I dare do all that may become a man. Who dares more is none”. And all, may be. It may be the vigor. Or the spirit. Or the courage to avoid being “politically correct” or bent. And, ban all averse with immaculate overture of graciously fathomable words firm in views. Subtle. Justifying the undying conscience. Values. Knowledge. And, dares to stay true. True to own. True to the world. And, to the words. With a dream in eyes it exists. In you. In me. In all. The sprite that never shies away. The spirit that never dies!
