Ukraine says Russia could attack anytime

Ukraine’s National Security chief Andriy Parubiy has said that Russia could attack Ukraine any time.

“The aim of Putin is not Crimea, but all of Ukraine… His troops massed at the border are ready to attack at any moment,” Parubiy told on Sunday in Kiev.

“The occupant may cross the border any day. In Putin’s morbid imagination, Ukraine should be part of Russia,” he said.

Russia, however, denied Ukraine’s charges and said Russia s not deploying troops on the Ukrainian border to attack Ukraine.

“Russia’s armed forces are not carrying out any unannounced military activity that could threaten the security of neighbouring states,” deputy defence minister Anatoly Antonov  told Interfax news agency in Moscow.

Meanwhile angry US has suspended all kind of military exercises with Russia after Russian President Vladimir Putin signs treaty to make Crimea part of Russia last week.
