Maruti Suzuki launched Ertiga CNG MPV @ Rs. 6.52 lakh

Maruti Suzuki has launched its eco-friendly Ertiga CNG variant in India at base price of Rs 6.52 lakh. ‘Ertiga Green’ MPV will be available in two variants – LXi and VXi.

While Ertiga CNG LXi will be available at Rs 6.52 (ex-showroom Delhi), Ertiga Green VXi will cost Rs 7.30 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi).

Maruti Suzuki claims that the new Ertiga CNG will deliver fuel efficiency of 22.80 km/pl.

Speaking at the launching ceremony, Manohar Bhat, Vice President (Marketing), Maruti Suzuki, said, “As a market leader we are concerned about the environment. We continuously work to offer products that are high on fuel efficiency and low on overall cost of ownership. Ertiga Green, with a factory fitted CNG system, is another step of Maruti Suzuki to meet today’s need of our customers. With the Ertiga Green our customers will be able to enjoy lower running costs and also take advantage of Maruti Suzuki’s vast service network across the country.”

The Ertiga Green CNG will be availablein Delhi NCR, Gujarat, Mumbai, Pune, Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh and in some parts of Andhra Pradesh.

Since launch last year, Maruti has sold over 87,000 units of Ertiga and hope to repeat its success story with ‘Ertiga Green’.
