Harley Davidson Reduces Bike Price in India

At the on going 11th edition of the Auto Expo in New Delhi, US motorcycle major Harley Davidson has launched two locally assembled models of FXDB Street Bob and FXDC Super Glide Custom.  Both the bikes were assembled at Harley Davidson’s Bawal plant in Haryana.

Harley Davidson has also reduced the price of these bikes. Now bike lovers can buy ‘Street Bob’ at Rs.9.95 lakh against the earlier price of Rs.13.95 lakh. ‘Super Glide Customs’ is now available at Rs.11.5 lakh. Earlier it was priced at Rs.15.45 lakh.

Harley Davidson India Managing Director, Anoop Prakash told reporters, “This is the first time, bike riders across the country will be able to lay their hands on a 1600cc bike for under Rs.10 lakh.”

Bookings for the bikes at new prices has started from Thursday across all the dealership of Harley Davidson in India.
