Never Have I Ever- Watched A Series Like This

All of us hate high school when we are studying but miss it once we leave. Never Have I Ever is the story of a high school girl Devi Vishwakumar who is in her sophomore year in Sherman Oaks, California. Her name sounds Indian right? Because she is from India but she never stayed there. Her parents Mohan and Nalini moved to California two decades ago. Unfortunately, Devi lost her father eight months ago.

Devi is an intelligent and tempered girl who plays the harp and aims to get into Princeton University. Her friends Fabiola and Eleanor are into robotics and drama club. Devi wants this year to be cool and she can’t wait to be an adult.  She decides to have a boyfriend this year ignoring her mother’s rules for her. In the beginning episodes to runs to her therapist whenever she messes up at the school but she skips when the therapist asks something about her dad. It is because she is not ready to accept the grief. She has a competitive guy in the class called ben who always makes her task tough. All the girls have a crush on this hot guy of the school Paxton Hall-Yoshida. One day Devi prepares herself and asks Paxton if he wants to have sex with her. Surprisingly, he agrees. She tells this to her friends but nothing happens as Devi couldn’t do it. Devi being Paxton’s girlfriend remains is a lie but she never corrects her friends because that is so soothing for her. Later everybody in the school gets to know and Paxton gets on his nerves for spreading this rumor.

Will Devi remain a virgin forever? Does anyone want to be Devi’s boyfriend? Will she accept the truth that her dad left forever? Go watch Never Had I Ever for a cheerful ride.
