Its splitsville for Michael Douglas and Catherine Zeta-Jones

Hollywood power couple Michael Douglas and Catherine Douglas finally calls it off after 13 years of marriage.

The split has been confirmed by a report on ‘People’ which says, “Catherine and Michael are taking some time apart to evaluate and work on their marriage.”

The speculations were on as the couple was not seen together since April this year and the rumours of their separation were evident. Michael was recently seen vacationing alone in Sardinia coast while Catherine was seen in New York.

Michael & Catherine Zeta-Jones have two children, son Dylan (13) and daughter Carys (10). The 68-year-old Michael Douglas has won the battle with his throat cancer in 2010 and 43-year-old Catherine Douglas is suffering from bipolar II disorder.

It is, however, not confirmed whether the stars are taking temporary ‘break from relationship’ or going to file for divorce or legal separation.
