FIR lodged against Aamir Khan

Aamir Khan is in big trouble!

The actor will soon be seen around court rooms as two back to back FIRs against him are set to rock his world.

One hand Aamir found himself in the midst of controversy over the song ‘ Dum Malang’ from movie Dhoom 3, for which the Madariya Sufi community had sent a legal notice to him alongside the producer Yash raj films, lyrcist Sameer Anjan and actress Katrina Kaif. The sufi community, who are upset over the said song, is set to lodge the FIR under sec 295 on 13th December for hurting the religious sentiment.

On the other hand, another FIR was filed against Aamir Khan at the Kotwali police station in Delhi for allegedly hurting religious sentiments during the shooting of film PK in Chandni Chowk area. Director Raj Kumar Hirani and other actors were also named in the FIR.

“We lodged an FIR under section 295 A (injuring or defiling place of worship with intent to insult the religious of any class) and 153 A of Indian Penal Code (IPC) (promoting enmity between different groups on ground of religion, race, place of birth, residence, language) against the actors,” said a police official.
