Actor Hugh Jackman treated with skin cancer

Hollywood actor Hugh Jackman revealed that he had been treated for skin cancer and now cured of the disease. He said that he had been diagnosed with basil cell carcinoma after seek advice for a mark on his nose. BCC is the most common skin cancer which usually grows on skin exposed to the sun.

The actor posted his picture with a bandage on his nose on Instagram saying, “Please don’t be foolish like me. Get yourself checked and USE sunscreen!!!”

The 45-year-old actor gave credit to his wife Deborra-Lee Furness for the early cancer diagnosis.

“Deb said to get the mark on my nose checked. Boy, was she right!”
