Hiba Nawab draws inspiration from Alia Bhatt

No sooner did the promo of the soon to be launched show Tere Sheher Mein go on air, Hiba Nawab is already the talk of the town. Hiba who plays the pampered yet determined Amaya has now been compared to Alia Bhatt’s character in Student of The Year.

Hiba in fact seems to have drawn some inspiration from Alia’s character Shanaya Singhania to be able to understand Amaya and her mannerisms. Hiba watched Student of The Year over 24 times to study Alia’s character and has incorporated her mannerisms as Amaya. Not just this, Hiba has also styled herself like Shanaya Singhania in the show.

Tere Sheher Mein, produced by Rajan Shahi’s Directors Kut productions is a story about Amaya – a girl who finds strength in the most unlikely places, in her journey of life. The show has been extensively shot across beautiful locales in Paris and Benaras. The show features Hiba Nawab as the pampered Amaya who emerges as a strong and determined character overcoming all circumstances. The show marks the comeback of Gautami Kapoor Gadgil who will be seen playing Amaya’s mother.
