Mercedes launches GLA-Class SUV at base price of Rs. 32.75 Lakh

The Mercedes-Benz has launched GLA-Class compact crossover in India at starting price of Rs. 32.75 Lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi).

The GLA-Class SUV comes with three variants.

Based on Modular Mercedes Front Architecture, the GLA-Class features bi-xenon head-lamps infused with LED daytime running lights with parking sensors. It has navigation system, reversing camera, dual-zone climate control, audio streaming and Bluetooth connectivity.

With start-stop button and radiator grille shutters, the company claims to provide essential fuel-saving features in the GLA-Class. The safety features include 7 airbags, anti-clip regulation, anti-lock braking system, ESP and curve dynamic assist.

While the 1.8-litre petrol engine with a 7-speed dual-clutch gearbox delivers 13.8Km/l, the 2.2-litre diesel engine with a 7-speed dual-clutch gearbox will provide 17.9 Km/l mileage.

Mercedes GLA-Class will directly take on BMW X1 and Audi Q3.
