Sundance Snap: Lynn Shelton Returns With “Laggies”

Lynn Shelton’s last film “Touchy Feely” was premiered in Sundance and got rave reviews. And, this also, she returns to the Park City to premier her latest – “Laggies”.

Written and scripted by novelist Andrea Seigel – the film revolves around a woman stuck in permanent adolescence. She lies to her fiancé to retreat with her friends. Starred by Chloë Grace Moretz, Keira Knightley and Sam Rockwell, the film spins as a coming of age story.

Even the official Sundance announcement termed the film as “a coming-of-age story about a 28-year-old woman stuck in permanent adolescence.” The film is out of the film competition though. It will be premiered on 17th January at Sundance.
