Micromax launches the Canvas Xpress 4G

Micromax recently launched its new offering in the Indian markets the Canvas Xpress 4G, the phone is priced at Rs 6,599 and is exclusively available at Flipkart.

As of the specification go the Xpress 4G houses 5 inch HD (720p) display with corning’s Gorilla glass 3 protection. A 1 GHz  MediaTek MTK6735P quad-core chipset powers the device and surprisingly it’s clocked quite low at just 1 GHz, although it won’t show the impact in normal usage the lag will be visible when using it to its full power. To supplement the Quad-Core chipset there is 2 GB of RAM and 16 GB of internal storage which can be further expanded via the help of a micro SD card.

For the shutterbugs there is a 8 MP rear camera with LED flash while the front is just a 2 MP one. To power the phone there is a 2,000 mAh battery and connectivity options include the likes of Dual Sim, 4G, WiFi, Bluetooth, GPS etc.

The Xpress 4G runs on android 5.1 lollipop out of the box and is now available from Flipkart.
