Rahul Gandhi says he is ready to take top responsibility

Ahead of crucial AICC meet on Friday, Congress Vice President Rahul Gandhi has signaled out that he is ready to take charge and not shy away from power.

rahul_gandhiIn an interview to ‘Dainik Bhaskar’, Rahul has said that if the party decided to give him responsibility he is ready to take that. He also said that return of congress in the upcoming election would be good for India.

Taking on Gujarat Chief Minister and BJP’s Prime Ministerial candidate Narendra Modi, Rahul said India cannot be run on the ideas of single man.

Ending the speculations over Priyanka Gandhi’s role in the Rahul said Priyanka would only limit her role in campaigning for the party in the upcoming 2014 Lok Sabha elections.

Congress is divided on announcing Rahul Gandhi’s name as their Prime Ministerial candidate at the AICC on January 17.
