Ex-RSS Chief K Sudarshan Passed Away

Former Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) Chief Kuppali Sitaramaiyya Sudarshan passed away on Saturday morning in Raipur due to cardiac arrest. He was 81.

On Friday evening Sudarshan released a book written by BJP’s Rajya Sabha MP Gopal in Raipur and in the night he had the stroke.

In 1953 he joined RSS as an activist. He became the chief or sarasanghachalak in 2000. He was RSS chief when Atal Bihari Vajpayee was the prime minister of India.

His last rites will be performed in Nagpur on Sunday.
