Senior Aam Aadmi Party leaders Yogendra Yadav and Prashant Bhushan were removed from the list of party spokesperson, on Tuesday. A new list, as reported earlier, was released by the party, which did not include the names of the two leaders. Rumors were making rounds that the two would be expelled from the spokespersons list, which have turned out to be true.

Apart from the two, Atishi Marlena, Delhi Transport Minister Gopal Rai and Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia too, have been removed from the list. For their expulsion the party reasoned that they needed to focus on the governance in Delhi.

The two leaders were earlier dismissed from the decision making bodies of the party when they were excluded out of the list too.

Punjab is the next state that the AAP wants to enter and spread itself in. The representatives for the same are M P Bhagwant and H S Phoolka. In the south, Odisha is being represented by Nishikant Mohapatra and Karnataka by Prithvi Reddy.

For western and central India, Preeti Sharma Menon from Mumbai and Akshay Hunka from Madhya Pradesh will be the representatives.

Popular faces of the AAP like Sanjay Singh, Kumar Vishwas, Ashutosh, Ashish Khetan, Pankaj Gupta and Iliyas Azmi are in the list. The list inclues 4 MLAs, namely Saurabh Bharadwaj, Alka Lamba, Kapil Mishra and Adarsh Shastri.

Others in the list include Dilip Pandey, Rahul Mehra, Richa Pandey Mishra and Raghav Chadha. Former Apple executive and Dwarka MLA Adarsh Shastri is also included in the list.
