Bitterness, dismay arises within the AAP’s Maha unit

The conflicts within the Aam Aadmi Party are appearing to have drastic effects on its party leaders in the state of Maharashtra who are expressing dismay over the unprecedented fiasco within the party in New Delhi. The party leaders from the state, upset over the kind of events that have unfolded in the capital, have threatened to quit the party that made a stunning comeback in the recent elections in the national capital.

AAP-LeadAs things got bitter within the party, several party leaders came out in the open, criticizing the instance that took place during the party’s NC meeting. A senior leader from Maharashtra, Maruti Bhapkar, was quoted by The Times of India as saying, “Whatever happened in NC meeting was nothing short of murder of democracy. I am deeply hurt and giving a serious thought to quit the party. We will decide our future course of action tomorrow when our state committee meeting takes place.”

“Right from the beginning, Delhi leaders never gave free hands to state units and (Arvind) Kejriwal’s henchmen such as Kumar Vishwas, Sanjay Singh, Manish Sisodia and Ashish Khetan commanded us at every juncture despite having least experience to deal with masses and volunteers,” he was quoted as he further added.

Other senior and decisive leaders from the AAP’s state unit, reports claim, are also pretty much upset with the present scenes and situations within their party, though the party chief Arvind Kejriwal asserted all was well.

The AAP has already eliminated its senior leaders Yogendra Yadav and Prashant Bhushan from the National Committee of the party, while replacing the Lokpal, Admiral (retd) L Ramdas. Sources from within the party have told the media that Yogendra Yadav might be pulled out as the spokesperson of the party, and that the party is all set to release a new list of its spokesperson, which won’t have Yadav’s name in it.

About Sprightly Spirit

“I dare do all that may become a man. Who dares more is none”. And all, may be. It may be the vigor. Or the spirit. Or the courage to avoid being “politically correct” or bent. And, ban all averse with immaculate overture of graciously fathomable words firm in views. Subtle. Justifying the undying conscience. Values. Knowledge. And, dares to stay true. True to own. True to the world. And, to the words. With a dream in eyes it exists. In you. In me. In all. The sprite that never shies away. The spirit that never dies!
