Amar Singh blames Jaya Bachchan for his departure from SP

Former Mulayam Singh aide and Samajwadi Party leader Amar Singh lashed out at Jaya Bachchan.

In an interview with CNN-IBN, Amar Singh blamed Rajya Sabha MP and Bollywood actress Jaya Bachchan for his much-hyped split with Samajwadi Party.

Amar Singh said that Jaya deliberately created misunderstanding between him and Mulayam and other Samajwadi Party leaders. Amar even quoted Amitabh Bachchan as saying that the actor had already warned him of consequences of indulging in politics with Jaya Bachchan.

After Amar Singh’s recent meeting with Mulayam Singh and Akhilesh Yadav, the speculations are on that the this estranged group may reunite once again.

The Samajwadi party expelled Amar Singh in 2010 following an ugly spat between the party leadership and him.
