Court Orders Police Custody For Pervez Tak In Laila Khan Case

A local court in Mumbai has ordered police custody for contractor Pervez Tak till July 19 in the shocking Laila Case.

Laila Khan: Missing or Dead?

Police had earlier arrested Tak in connection with the kidnapping of Pakistani born Bollywood starlet Laila Khan. Crime branch suspects that Tak is the one who had kidnapped Laila Khan and other five members of the family with help from Asif Shaikh.

However the Jammu and Kashmir Police claimed that Tak has confessed to them of killing the family in Maharashtra last year. The Mumbai police have not commented on the same.

The Mumbai Police is investigating kidnap of Laila Khan and her family since February last year. Laila Khan’s father Nadir Patel registered an FIR with the Oshiwara police station on July 5. Tak and Asif were mentioned in the report.  Asif Shaikh was arrested on July 5.
