“These cars have been engineered for global markets, through global teams across India, the UK and Korea to set new standards in their respective segments,” Ranjt Yadav, President Passenger Vehicles, Tata Motors said.

“With these two cars, the important part is that we would now be able to address petrol car market,” he added.

Yadav told reporters that the cars will be made at company’s Pune plant and Tata will launch them in global markets later this year.

“The cars would adhere to country specific regulatory conditions, whenever we start exporting the cars,” Yadav said.

Putting stop at the speculations of fate of Indica and Indigo, Yadav said, “Both Indica and Indigo are very strong brands and will continue to sell in the market.”

About Sprightly Spirit

“I dare do all that may become a man. Who dares more is none”. And all, may be. It may be the vigor. Or the spirit. Or the courage to avoid being “politically correct” or bent. And, ban all averse with immaculate overture of graciously fathomable words firm in views. Subtle. Justifying the undying conscience. Values. Knowledge. And, dares to stay true. True to own. True to the world. And, to the words. With a dream in eyes it exists. In you. In me. In all. The sprite that never shies away. The spirit that never dies!
