MPs BYPASS ODD-EVEN; Pappu Yadav calls Kejriwal “Psychopath”

As parliament congregated today after a long break, lawmakers were found disobeying the Odd-Even scheme.
Rarely were parliamentarians found conforming to the scheme of Odd-Even today.
Several lawmakers disobeyed the rules, which bans private cars on alternate days, based on whether their license plates end in odd or even numbers.

Special buses were arranged for parliamentarians which, largely, were reported empty.
One, Paresh Rawal of the BJP, was remorseful. “I made a serious blunder… Sorry to Arvind ji and Delhiites,” said Mr Rawal, who was penalised. Keshav Maurya, regretfully availed the special bus for MPs in the afternoon after arriving in an even-numbered car this morning.
Pappu Yadav, who recently formed his own party slammed the scheme calling Arvind Kejriwal “a psychopath Chief Minister”

Others said that MPs are not expected to travel by taxis for Parliament complex’s security reasons.  Some also said, the inconvenience must not apply to them because it could keep them away from “discharging duties”.

Union minister Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi vowed to “discuss and resolve the matter with relevant authorities.”

Delhi government said that if parliamentarians violated and then apologised, they could be pardoned. However, the commoners would not be exempted from a R2,000 fine. Said Delhi Transport Minister Gopal Rai, “It is an opportunity for our Parliamentarians to lead by example.”

About Sprightly Spirit

“I dare do all that may become a man. Who dares more is none”. And all, may be. It may be the vigor. Or the spirit. Or the courage to avoid being “politically correct” or bent. And, ban all averse with immaculate overture of graciously fathomable words firm in views. Subtle. Justifying the undying conscience. Values. Knowledge. And, dares to stay true. True to own. True to the world. And, to the words. With a dream in eyes it exists. In you. In me. In all. The sprite that never shies away. The spirit that never dies!
