More trouble for Sonia, Rahul in National Herald case

More trouble for Congress top brass including Congress President Sonia Gandhi and Vice President Rahul Gandhi as the Enforcement Directorate has lodged preliminary enquiry into allegations of cheating and misuse of funds in National Herald case filed by BJP leader Subramanian Swamy.

According to the reports the inquiry will see whether the documents submitted by Swamy enough “to establish whether there is a case or not.”

Reacting to the news Congress leader Manish Tewari said, “Here is a government which while in opposition used to cry itself hoarse that the UPA used to hound its political adversaries. But in just one of power they are doing the same.”

After the metropolitan magistrate Gomati Manocha in her June verdict said, “I have found prima facie evidence against all the accused. The court has directed them to appear before it on August 7,” Sonia and Rahul Gandhi challenged the order in the Delhi High Court earlier this week.

In his allegations Swamy said that Gandhis are involved in misappropriation of assets worth Rs 2000 crore of the National Herald newspaper

About Sprightly Spirit

“I dare do all that may become a man. Who dares more is none”. And all, may be. It may be the vigor. Or the spirit. Or the courage to avoid being “politically correct” or bent. And, ban all averse with immaculate overture of graciously fathomable words firm in views. Subtle. Justifying the undying conscience. Values. Knowledge. And, dares to stay true. True to own. True to the world. And, to the words. With a dream in eyes it exists. In you. In me. In all. The sprite that never shies away. The spirit that never dies!
