Initial stock of BlackBerry Z3 sold out in two weeks

BlackBerry Z3 hits the Indian market just b2 weeks back and the good news for the company is that the initial stocks of its latest BlackBerry smartphone is almost sold out!

“We’ve sold about 75% the stock that we got,” Himanshu Chakrawarti, chief executive at The Mobile Store, told Economic Times, adding, “The Z3 has done well so far, benefiting from the easy installment options and discounts.”

BlackBerry has been imported almost 25,000 to 30,000 Z3 devices to India and so far the stock is almost finished through the selling in both online and offline.

This entry-level handset runs on BlackBerry 10 OS and is powered by dual core 1.2GHz Qualcomm processor. The 8GB internal memory with card-slot up to 32GB, the Z3 has 1.5GB RAM.

The one of the impressive part of BlackBerry Z3 is its battery – a big 2500mAh battery which supports almost 16-hours talk-time.

The all black BlackBerry Z3 comes with a 5MP rear primary camera with auto-focus which is quite good for BB10 devices. It allows users to take bright pictures. It also has 1.1MP front facing camera.

BlackBerry and Foxconn collaboration’s first smartphone BlackBerry Z3 is available in India at Rs. 15999.
