Legal Controversies:
Court wars and legal battles are not century-old concepts in tinsel town. Be it some advertisements or illegal activities, Bollywood celebs usually get stuck into such issues. This week saw 3 famous actors getting lashed in legal terms. One was Madhuri Dixit, to whom legal notice was sent by the Haridwar Food and Drug Administration for endorsing the Maggi brand which was found chemically harmful during recent tests. Second one is Amitabh Bachchan, who has been accused by a poem of sharing his poem with someone else`s name. One of the Bachchan`s followers shared the poem on his twitter handle and Big B further posted it on his own Facebook and twitter account giving credit to his follower. A person named Dr. Jagbir Rathee said that it was originally his poem and sent legal notice to Bollywood megastar demanding Rs.1 crore as compensation. Big B has been given 15 days to answer this.
Salman Seeks Permission For Travelling Abroad:
Talking about the controversies, how can we ignore Salman Khan, who was much in abuzz last month because of his much awaited verdict? The bail was granted to him based on certain terms, one of which was not being allowed to travel internationally. But after a plea was filed by Salman on Tuesday, the court granted him the permission to travel abroad for an event in Dubai on May 29th. Meanwhile, Khan was also spotted celebrating his sister Arpita Khan Sharma`s reception party in Mandi, Himachal Pradesh which was quite a lavish event. He was quoted saying, “I have come here to hand over my sister, who is my heart. I heard that people of Himachal are very good so are the locals of Mandi. It gives me a great pleasure to see the good people around… Now I have a connection with people of Mandi and Himachal Pradesh. I will do whatever I can do for you people.”
Shraddha- Tiger Start Shooting For ‘Baaghi’ :
Baaghi is a passionate love story which will showcase Shraddha Kapoor and Tiger Shroff together for the very first time. They started shooting for it last week in Mumbai studio. The newbie actor who is well known for his well-built in his debut film Heropanti has reportedly lost 8 kilos for Baaghi to look lean and boyish, obviously doing which was not an easy task. It seems that the actor is working hard to impress audiences with his second film.
A Birthday Week:
It was Karan Johar`s 43th birthday on 25 May and Varun Dhawan who entered Bollywood via Kjo`s movie dedicated a song from his upcoming flick ABCD 2 exclusively to the moviemaker. The song itself is named Happy Birthday and Varun has done a rapping piece too in this peppy song. He tweeted, “#HappyBirthdayKaranJohar @karanjohar hope you have the most amazing year big hug. Wanna dedicate this song to U http://bit.ly/HBDzmc.”
Second was Bollywood`s junior star AbRam, who turned 2 years old on 27th May. He received wishes from almost the whole Bollywood brigade and SRK thanked them later on twitter on behalf of his little kiddo.
Bajrangi Bhaaijan`s First Look Out:
Salman is famous for creating an air of thrill among his fans and followers when it comes to his films. All his fanatics were relieved a bit last year as they got to have a first glimpse of Salman`s anticipated film Bajrangi Bhaaijan. The teaser created much buzz for which Salman soon received compliments from his co-workers and Bollywood fraternity. The thing which is attracting everyone`s attention is the gada (mace) locket which can be seen giving a different touch to Salman`s persona. The film is slated to release on Eid this year.
