Kapil Sharma replaces Shahrukh Khan

This comedy show might have come to an end but the ace comedian has once again struck gold and this time is it not even his genre of comedy. Kapil Sharma replaced Bollywood Badshah, Shah Rukh Khan who has been hosting the Screen Awards past 3 years to be the new host.

While the Badshah had style mixed with humor of his own, it is heard that Kapil Sharma is not too far behind. “He has been attending meetings and has been going through a lot of scripts off lately. The standup comedian is not leaving anything untouched to make his hosting one of the most memorable one. Infact Kapil is trying to retune his patent style of comedy and is working on something new and fresh”, says a source.
