Cooking-based chat show which delves into multiple elements of the lives of celebrities encompassing their food journeys, quirks, secrets and guilty food pleasures. It will provide an exclusive glimpse into some celebrity kitchen to pull out a recipe which brings comfort to our favourite stars from their hectic schedules. While Farah Khan and the celebrity relive some special memories, each episode will also feature guests who will play multiple roles including those of a souls-chefs and challengers to raise the entertainment quotient. Speaking about her new stint on television, Farah Khan said, “I love cooking because it is quite calming and therapeutic. And by virtue of being a complete foodie, I also love feeding the people around me. But, as they say, a lot can happen over food. Through Farah Ki Daawat, I hope to bring out the different traits of celebrities which viewers have only wondered about. Be it about the food that is cooked in their kitchens, or their own secret recipes about their favourite dishes, Farah Ki Daawat will be all about good food and unadulterated entertainment!”

  • Abhishek Bachchan is a great cook. He made his signature dish, ‘Dahi Chicken’ for Farah Khan.
  • Alia Bhatt does not know how to cook at all. Farah Khan taught her how to prepare Alia’s favourite dish, ‘Vegetable Thai Curry’.
  • Riteish and Genelia Deshmukh confess that they are terrible cooks. Farah Khan prepared her signature dish ‘Yakhani Pulao’ for them.
  • Boman Irani and Sonu Sood followed their wives’ instructions and prepared traditional Parsi delicacy ‘Dhansak’ and ‘Blueberry Cheesecake’ for Farah Khan.
  • Malaika Arora Khan loves to cook because she feels home-cooked meals are more nutritious than junk food. She made ‘Honey Glazed Chicken Legs’ for Farah Khan.

The show will also feature a quick five question quiz which will help you understand with which celebrity you share what eating habit. It’s not easier than ever for you to know if Shah Rukh Khan relishes Gulab Jamuns as much as you do and if Alia loves fish or not.
