 Rare Beatles album sold at $290,500 in auctionAccording to Hollywood Reporter website a signed copy of legendary band The Beatles’ album ‘Sgt. Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band’ was sold for record $290,500 at Dallas-based Heritage Auctions on Saturday.

An unnamed person from the Midwest has bought this rare signed album. The album cover was signed by all four band members in June 1967 on the occasion of release of Sgt. Pepper’s.

Previously a signed cover of Beatles album ‘Meet the Beatles’ was sold at $150,000.
