With Mumbai Film Festival round the corner, the movie-lovers of India got a perk to cherish. As per the reports, The Fifth Estate is all set to be screened as the closing film of the festival.
The Fifth Estate – the much – anticipated film of the year, directed by Bill Condon is based on the WikiLeaks Editor-in-Chief and Founder Julian Assange. The film casts Benedict Cumberbatch of Sherlock Holmes fame. The film is being co-produced by Anil Ambani’s Reliance Entertainment, Steven Spielberg’s DreamWorks (together Reliance DreamWorks) and Participant Media.
The film is supposed to release on 18th October in USA in theaters. It has already been featured in the Toronto International Film Festival, Helsinki International Film Festival, Rio de Janeiro International Film Festival and Beirut International Film Festival. And, lately it is reported to be featured in Mumbai International Film Fest also.
