I wish I could get a chance to promote Rajasthan tourism- Jitesh Thakur

— Jitesh won 2nd runner up position by representing India at Mister Supranational 2016–

JAIPUR, The charming Mr India 2015, finalist Jitesh Thakur was seen competing for various other sub titles at the pageant like Mister Photogenic, Mister Friendship, and Best Physique. From being a Mr. India finalist in 2015 to winning 2nd runner up position by representing India at Mister Supranational 2016 this December, Jitesh Thakur’s journey has been an inspiring one. He was trained by the best experts in the fashion and glamour industry.

After Arriving back to the city on Saturday, Jitesh has been chilling out with family and enjoying homemade food. Talking on the victory the model says, “I’ve always wanted to be a model since my childhood; it’s like a dream come true for me and my family. My dad inspired me and mom always been my backbone. This city has given me a lot and now I feel that I should return it much I can. No matter whether its Poland, Delhi or Mumbai, I love to talk about my city, about its heritage, culture, food and texture. I wish I could get a chance to promote Rajasthan tourism on a large extent; I really want that people from country and abroad should come to explore this city which is so filled with love and colors.

Jitesh went through 3 challenges during his Mr. SupraNational competition in which he loved cooking at its most. The model added, “I love cooking, especially when my mom cooks I admire her and stand next to her to learn about using Rajasthani Masala’s. I think that helped me a lot at Poland, I made ‘AndaBhurji’, and was amazed to see the reaction of Jury, they got so impressed with the way I used Masala’s.

Jitesh was also seen at the 11th Asia Model Festival in Suwaon, South Korea this year, he was adjudged with the title Asia Promising Talent.

Apart from his stints in the world of fashion and pageant, he has starred in a Colors TV show 24 and will be seen in an upcoming Bollywood movie ‘XXX’ (Indian Version) as a play boy, Directed by Ken Ghosh and Produced by Ekta Kapoor and Shobha Kapoor.
