Former Indian Cricketer Vinod Kambli suffered a heart attack and rushed to Lilavati Hospital in Mumbai earlier today. He is admitted in the ICU. Last year he has undergone angioplasty on two of his blocked arteries.

The 42-year-old Kambli recently broke down after his old pal Sachin Tendulkar did not invited him in his last match. Sachin not even mentioned Kambli’s name in his farewell speech or asked him to come in his farewell dinner party.

The distance between the two old friends begins after on TV Kambli accused Tendulkar of not supporting him enough.

Kambli came in news after he and Tendulkar scored world-record partnership of 664 runs in a school match in 1988. Kambli has played 17 Tests and 104 ODIs for India.
